JK Softwares ("we") runs JK Mails. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone (optional), company, GSTIN and billing address (if you provide them).
• Service data: domains, mailboxes, aliases and settings you create; mail stored in your mailboxes.
• Payment data: processed by Razorpay. We receive payment status, amount, method type and transaction IDs, not full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and login and security logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To provide, secure and support the Service;
• to bill you and issue GST invoices;
• to detect and prevent spam, fraud and abuse;
• to send service emails (verification, receipts, payment and security notices).

We do not sell your data, and we do not read your mailbox content except where necessary for security, spam filtering, support you request, or legal compliance.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service (for example Razorpay for payments and our hosting provider), or when required by law. Your email is delivered to and from other mail servers as a normal part of email.

Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and two-factor login.

Retention

We keep account and billing records as long as your account exists and as required for tax and legal purposes. Mailbox data is deleted when you delete it or after your account is closed, subject to a short retention period for recovery and backups.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information from your panel or by contacting us. You can also ask us to close your account.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (for example, to keep you logged in and protect forms). We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18.
