Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JK Mails (the "Service"), operated by JK Softwares ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

We provide email hosting for domains you own, including mailboxes, aliases, webmail and related tools, within the limits of your plan.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms.
• You may only add domains that you own or are authorised to manage. We may require DNS verification.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• send spam, bulk unsolicited email, phishing, malware or anything illegal;
• harass, defraud or impersonate others;
• attempt to break, overload or bypass limits of the Service;
• send email that violates applicable law, including Indian IT Act provisions.

We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that send spam, show high bounce or complaint rates, or otherwise breach this section, with or without notice where needed to protect the Service and other customers.

4. Plans, limits and payment

• Plan limits (domains, mailboxes, storage, daily sending) are listed on our pricing page and may be updated for new subscriptions. Existing paid periods are not reduced.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude 18% GST, added at checkout.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.
• If a payment fails we will notify you and allow a grace period. If payment is not received, we may suspend the Service until it is paid.

6. Your data

You own your email and content. We process it only to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important mail. After an account is closed or remains unpaid beyond the retention period we tell you about, data may be permanently deleted.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Email delivery also depends on third parties (other mail servers, your DNS, your recipients' spam filters) that we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email before they apply. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
