Sending limits and fair use

Daily limits per plan, new-domain limits and what happens on a bounce spike.

Limits protect your deliverability and everyone else's. They cover mail you send; receiving is not limited by this.

Daily limit per plan

PlanDomainsMailboxesStorageEmails sent / dayPrice (excl. GST)
Free122 GB50Free
Starter1510 GB300₹149/month or ₹1,490/year
Business52550 GB1,000₹499/month or ₹4,990/year
Pro15100200 GB3,000₹1,199/month or ₹11,990/year
  • Every recipient counts as one send. A message to 10 people (To, Cc and Bcc together) counts as 10.
  • The limit is counted over a rolling 24 hours across all your domains, not from midnight.
  • The "Emails sent (last 24 hours)" meter on your account overview shows where you stand.
  • At the limit, further outgoing mail is refused until older messages leave the 24-hour window. Your mail app may show a "rate limit" or "too many messages" error. Receiving is not affected.

New domains

For the first 7 days after verification a domain can send up to 100 emails a day (or your plan limit if that is lower). It then rises to the plan limit by itself.

Automatic protection

We watch for signs of misuse such as a sudden burst of messages, many bounces or many spam flags. These usually mean a mailbox password was stolen or a list is out of date. When we see them we may:

  1. Lower your sending limit for 24 hours and email you. It returns to normal by itself.
  2. Pause the account if the problem is severe or repeats. Your data stays safe and incoming mail settings do not change. Payments do not lift this; we review it on request.

If your limit was lowered or your account was paused

  1. Change the passwords of all mailboxes, especially if you saw messages you did not send.
  2. Remove bounced addresses and stop sending to anyone who did not ask for your mail.
  3. Open a support request describing what you fixed. We review it, usually within one business day.
